1. When can I check in?
A. Check in is from 2pm Check out is at 11am. We can arrange different times if given enough notice and where possible.
2. Do we take pets?
A. Yes we can accommodate small dogs at an extra charge of £5.00 each. (Maximum Two per Room.) Dogs are only allowed in the Sports Bar and only after food has stopped being served. And please do not leave your dog unattended in the room.
3. Do you have free parking?
A. Yes we have a customer car park at the rear of the hotel there is also free road side parking beside the hotel on Pitstruan Place.
4. Are children allowed in the bar?
A. Children are allowed in the Terrace Lounge up to 9pm every night. Unfortunately they are not allowed in the Clubhouse Sports Bar at any time.
5. Do you have free Wi-Fi?
A. We have free Wi-Fi in the public areas of the Hotel.
6. Can we book a function?
A. Yes you can book the Terrace Lounge for a variety of Functions including
Funeral Teas, Afternoon Teas, Christenings, Birthday Parties, Business Meetings, Office Parties. We can cater for up to sixty seated guests.
7. Can you cater for special dietary Requirements?
A. Yes if you tell us in advance we can generally cater for most needs.
8. Are you wheel chair accessible?
A. Yes. If you enter from the reception or bar entrance the first floor is all on one level. We also have Bedrooms suitable for wheelchair users. We also have disabled toilets with baby changing facilities.
9 Are you close to the transport links?
A. We are about a mile from the bus and train stations (£5.00 taxis ride) and about a fifteen minutes (seven mile, £20.00 taxis ride) from the Airport. There are also a number of buses that pass the hotel on a regular basis coming to and from the city centre.
10. Do you offer a laundry service?
A. We do not have an in house laundry. However we recommend

Who offer a variety of services including a delivery service.
11. Do you have family rooms?
A. Yes we have two family rooms that can have a double and two single beds in them. These rooms are extremely popular so may need to be booked well in advance.
12. Do the rooms have hair dryers?
A. No but if you ask at reception we can supply then for you free of charge we can also supply irons and ironing boards. Table top make up mirrors, heaters and fans are also available if required.
13. What time do you have to be in by?
A. The bar closes at midnight after that there is a night porter who will let you in if you are out late.
14. Do you allow smoking in the rooms?
A. Sorry we do not allow smoking in any part of the hotel. Charges may apply if we find that smoking has been carried out in the hotel rooms. We do provide sheltered smoking areas at the front and side of the hotel.
15. Does the Hotel have a lift?
A. Sorry the hotel does not have a lift but the staff are happy to give you as much assistance as required. We also have two rooms on the ground floor.
16. Does the hotel have leisure facilities?
A. Sorry the hotel does not any leisure facilities but there are several gyms nearby that you can use, these include Robert Gordon’s University Gym and Nuffield Gym
17. What is the Hotel’s cancellation policy?
A. We ask that you give us 48 hours if you require to cancel your booking. You may be charged if you cancel within that time.
18. Do you provide room service?
A. We generally do not but where possible we will do the best we can for you.
19. Do you supply travel cots?
A. We have two Cots you can use although we advise you bring your own bedding .
20. Can I take drinks to my room?
A. Yes you can take food and drink to your room. We do ask that you respect the other guests and keep noise to a minimum while in your room and while coming and going especially at night.
